Property done properly. This is one of our properties we manage for a portfolio landlord in Crookes, Sheffield. We not only project managed the building of these modern terraced houses in Sheffield, we also manage them.  This year has seen a 35% increase in rental income. A small refurbishment including full decoration and new carpets meant we were inundated with people requesting viewings and we managed to secure maximum rent. We selected the the most appropriate tenants to carry out viewings and the first two requested to move forward and rent the property. All of this was of course completely hands off for the property owner, all works were fully managed by ourselves and once again we have delivered a high quality home for a lovely family who needed to be close to the University of Sheffield.
