The Proper Property Group has been established by landlords for landlords. As landlords ourselves we understand the importance of looking after your investment. We do a proper job.
We are able to provide comprehensive services to first time investors and portfolio landlords. We can help you create your own portfolio or optimise your existing portfolio. We are based in the Peak District, Derbyshire and have a very good knowledge of the local holiday letting industry, serviced accommodation, as well as HMO properties around the Universities of central Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This includes Crookes, Broomhill and Eccleshall Road. |
We have been managing properties since 2010 and have built up a wealth of experience and contacts.
We began by managing a family members property due to health reasons and realised our background in interior design, construction and education was the perfect combination for property management. We now manage a range of residential, HMO and SA properties for a wide range of clients, portfolio landlords and ourselves. |
